Keeper Enterprise Password Manager Account Setup

Parametrix has invested in Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for all Parametrix employee owners. Included with the Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is a Keeper Family Plan. Note: Keeper Family Plan accounts are not controlled, monitored or connected to Parametrix in any way. They are strictly personal. Please view the end of this document for information on the Keeper Family Plan.

Create Account

Accounts are provisioned on Sign In. This means that your account is not active until the following steps are completed:
- Navigate to: Password & Secrets Management | Keeper Security
- Select "Login" -> Web Vault
- Hit Create Account -> Change the drop down from Enterprise SSO Login to Enterprise Domain:
- Enter in Parametrix.com for the domain:
Your sign in is connected to your Parametrix Email when prompted, enter in your Parametrix email and password, followed by a Microsoft Authenticator approval.
Note: you do not have to setup the additional MFA option. This is just an added layer of security for those who wish to use it.

Browser Setup

An additional browser extension is required for Google Chrome: Windows Chrome Extension
Install Keeper Fill browser extension: Keeper Fill Google Extension Keeper Fill Edge Extension
Install Keeper Application: Download HERE, select the appropriate installer, download and install. Sign in with your Parametrix email.

  - Important notes regarding your linked personal account:
    - Your linked personal account is licensed as a Keeper Family Plan account with 10GB of secure file storage and BreachWatch dark web monitoring.
    - The company managing your Business vault does not have any access rights or ability to decrypt information stored in your personal vault.
    - Your linked personal account will remain free on unlimited devices for as long as the business account is active.
    - If you leave the business, or if the business does not renew their subscription with Keeper, your Family license converts into a Keeper Free subscription. You may continue to use your personal license on one device, or purchase a Family or Unlimited subscription for all of the premium features.
    - Your Business Admin may remove the ability to share records from the business vault to the linked personal vault.
