Login to https://smartsheet.com and select ”Login with Microsoft”

You will then see what sheets you have access to.

Note: you do not need a license to access or edit SmartSheet sheets, but you do need a license to add columns and automations. Please do not request a license unless you need to create sheets, or need to edit columns
on previously created sheets.
