Brief overview/obejctive:
To enable end users access to their work devices from personal systems.
Outlined steps:
IT Requirements: Users will need to be in the SG-PMX-RDGateway security group and be able to remotely access the requested device.
Remote Desktop Setup:

Open Remote Desktop Connection

Click on “Show Options”

Open the RD connection and click on the “Advanced” tap, and then under “Connect from anywhere” click on Settings

In the settings window fill in the Server name of access.parametrix.com and check the box for “Use my RD Gateway Credentials for the remote computer”.

Click OK

Click on the General tab and you can fill in the computer name you want to access, along with the user name.
