Keeper has released a password manager for windows. It’s a simple lightweight program that users can easily install without the need for admin rights. You just need to navigate to: https://www.keepersecurity.com/download.html
1. click on the 64-bit link.
2. Run the installer and click install.
3. Launch the software and login.
4. Authenticator will prompt for approval. You are now logged in.
