Brief overview/obejctive:
To provide instructions on how to sign into Resource Manager by SmartSheets
Outlined steps:
IT Requirements: Be part of either of the two AD groups: Managed_AllIT and Managed_AllSurvey. Additional users can be added to the Entra app (SAML SSO): Smart Sheet Resource Management.
Also, users need to be created and assigned licenses from the Resource Management admin page. Brent Hamlin,
Licensing@parametrix.com and Griffin Harger have access to create users and assign licenses. The pwd for Licensing is in Keeper/IT Licensing folder.
End user sign in to Resource Management:

Navigate to: https://rm.smartsheet.com/

Enter your email

Select ”Sign in with your company account”

Use your Parametrix email and password to sign in.

If there are any errors, please submit an IT ticket.

NOTE: Licensing@parametrix.com has an account that is not setup with SAML sign in. The pwd is in Keeper/IT Licensing. If SAML ever breaks, use that account to make any changes.
