If you are having issues with your docking station or the monitors connected to the docking station, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot.
Do a hard reset of the docking station.
- Unplug the docking station from the laptop and the docking station power cord.
- Hold down the docking station power button for 30 seconds (if it's a Dell).
- Plug everything back in.
Check for Optional Updates through Windows Updates
- Search for updates in the Windows search bar, and select “Check for Updates”

- Select “Advanced Options”, then "Optional Updates"


- Select the checkbox for each available update, and then Download and install.

- Restart the computer after the updates have finished installing.
