Placing a signature in Bluebeam
Instructions for placing a signature in Bluebeam with digital certificate:
1. Go to Tools > Signature > Sign Document.
2. Click and drag a rectangle to define the region where the signature will appear. The Sign dialog box appears.
3. Choose the Digital ID to sign with.
4. Complete any of the desired Options fields.
5. Under Appearance select Edit...
6. You can uncheck whichever information is not needed in the signature (Usually, people only keep name and date. you'll want to uncheck "Logo" as well. If you’d like to upload a picture of your signature, you can select the “File” option in the graphic section and choose your file.
The standard for ODOT is for it to say Digitally signed on the left and the date on the right, as shown below. This can be acheived by using a jpg file that says "Digitally signed", located at U:\Vanc\Shared\Employees\Sarah Torres\DIGITALLY SIGNED.JPG

When you're satisfied with the appearance, select Ok
1. Click OK. A Save As dialog box appears. Signed documents must be saved at the time of signature placement.
2. Enter a file name and select the location for the signed file, then click Save to save the signed PDF.
