ProjectWise Access Instructions
Bentley Account
If you don’t have one already follow this link and create a Bentley Account using your Parametrix email address.

ProjectWise Explorer
ProjectWise Explorer can be installed from the Company Portal.
1. From your Start button search for Company Portal or go to All Apps and find Company Portal
2. Seach for ProjectWise and click the Install button
If the Company Portal fails, please reboot your computer and try again. If it fails again, please send a ticket to Help Desk ITServiceDesk@parametrix.com.
Logging in to ProjectWise Explorer
1. Double Click the Parametrix Projects Datasource to log in.
2. Set the Authentication type to Bentley IMS, then Click Log in.
3. On the Bentley Connect Client sign in form, enter your Email Address and Password.
4. If prompted to create a Working Directory, click Yes to create in the default location.
After Logging in you will see the projects that you were given access to.
If no projects are visible, please contact the Help Desk or your project PM to ensure the correct access has been applied to your account.
